All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated in writing. A booking is considered confirmed once we’ve received written acceptance or a deposit. Any changes to scope, access, or on-site conditions may affect final pricing.

We ask that clients ensure clear, safe, and reasonable access to all work sites. While every effort is made to avoid disruption, Bunji Boundaries will not be liable for damage to any services, structures or features that are unmarked, obscured, or undisclosed prior to installation.

All temporary fencing, materials, and equipment provided remain the property of Bunji Boundaries unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for preventing damage, misuse, or unauthorised relocation of any hired equipment. Additional fees may apply for damage, loss, or extended hire periods.

Payments are due within seven (7) days of invoice unless alternative terms have been approved in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payment obligations are not met. Any applicable late fees or recovery costs may be charged in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We take pride in delivering safe and reliable service, but Bunji Boundaries is not responsible for indirect losses, weather interruptions, project delays, or any damages arising from third-party actions or unforeseeable events.
